Open the Tracking page and enter the tracking number printed on your label or confirmation. You will see current status, location, estimated delivery, and a timestamped timeline.

New shipments use an EVL prefix followed by the year and a unique reference. Always enter the full number, including letters.

Request a quote with origin, destination, cargo type, and timing. Once the service is confirmed, we create the shipment record and issue a tracking number.

Yes. Air and sea freight are available, with customs coordination and duty status shown on the tracking page when a shipment is international.

Some legs, especially ocean and customs, update less frequently than local delivery. If a status is unchanged longer than the quoted window, contact us with the tracking number.

Yes. Anyone with the tracking number can view the public tracking page. Do not share it more widely than you need to.

If a shipment requires payment, the tracking page shows Pay Now and View invoice. The invoice lists every predefined charge. You can pay the full outstanding amount or selected fees only, then submit an acknowledgement. Tracking shows Confirmed after operations verifies the transfer.
