Everstead Logistics collects the information you submit on quote, contact, and tracking forms so we can respond to enquiries and operate shipments. That typically includes name, contact details, addresses, and cargo information.

Shipment records are used to move and track packages. Public tracking pages show operational details needed to follow a delivery. Payment acknowledgements collect the name, contact details, and transfer reference you submit so we can match a payment to a shipment. Do not place sensitive personal data in package descriptions.

We do not sell enquiry lists. Information is retained as long as needed to complete a shipment, handle support, or meet legal record-keeping requirements.
